CRITIQUE
Critique is a big part of what we do in the Digital Media Design program. It is a group dicussion of student work and can provide valuable insights on how to improve your work. Kathleen Kinney, the lead faculty member in the program has this to say about the what critique is and why it is important:
"Critique is important in that it provides an opportunity for the class to thoughtfully consider all of the elements of design as they are applied. It also provides an opportunity to discuss the different elements, formats, and context of design that may or may not come up during lecture or study. Finally, it is an opportunity for the student designer to receive useful feedback regarding their design skills and application of those skills."
